Return Policy

Please contact us at shop@orjanandersson.com with the reason for complaint before returning any items. It is appropriate that the customer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. 


Return Conditions
When returning a product the buyer pays for shipping.
You need to contact us before returning any items for further instructions. You can return the product to us within 15 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.

Returning A Product/Package
When returning a product the buyer pays for shipping.
You need to contact us before returning any items for further instructions. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. We suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. 
When we receive the package, please send us a copy of the package receipt and we will make a refund to your account. If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any Customs charges. We at Örjan Andersson are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'. When we receive the package, please send us a copy of the package receipt we will make a refund to your account. 

Exchanges
Would you like to switch to another size of the same product or to another product? 
When returning a product the buyer pays for shipping.

You need to contact us before returning any items for further instructions. Return the package within 15 days of delivery. Please always send us a copy of the package receipt.

If you would like to change a product to a 
similar item at the same prize, just contact us and return the item you would like to switch. When we receive the product we will automatically send the new one.
If you would like to change a product to 
another product with a different prize, just contact us and return the item you would like to switch. When we receive the product we will automatically refund you. Please place a new order to the wanted product.

Defective or damaged product
If the product is defective, damaged or lost upon receiving you need to contact us at shop@orjanandersson.com. Please, return the defective product and we will deliver you the new product as soon as possible. We will also refund the shipping costs. 
If the product would be out of stock we will refund you as soon as possible. 
Refunds will not be made for products that has been mishandled or used in an improper way.

Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us at shop@orjanandersson.com and we will refund you or exchange the product as soon as possible.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, 
Örjan Andersson reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

At the event of when a product is sold out, shop.orjanandersson.com has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. shop.orjanandersson.com shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
